Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems Introduces SystemOne Large Capacity Poke-Throughs
Friday, January 04, 2013

Shelton, Conn. – January 4th 2012 – Hubbell Wiring Device-Kellems announces the addition of SystemOne Recessed large capacity poke-throughs as part of its delivery systems product line.  The SystemOne Recessed product incorporates three fundamental principles:  functionality, safety, and value.  These UL® fire rated products maintain the fire rating of the floor slab for up to two hours and incorporate ScrubShield® technology to exceed scrub water exclusion requirements.

SystemOne Recessed poke-throughs are available for use in 6-inch and 8-inch diameter core holes to maximize the number of power, data and/or audio visual connections the poke-through contains.  The large diameter core holes allow the connections to be recessed below the floor surface and the cables to extend through the durable yet elegant cover.

The cast aluminum covers feature a low profile design with a thickness of 0.150” which meets ADA requirements.  Each cover offers two hide-a-way cable access doors which fold below the floors surface.  Additionally the robust hinge mechanism and opening handle were designed to withstand the harshest of commercial environments.

All devices and mounting plates were designed around an open architecture principle which allows for easy device installation from various manufactures including Crestron®, Extron ® and FSR®.  Additionally SystemOne Recessed products are available with factory wired duplexes to increase installation ease, while reducing installation time.

SystemOne Recessed is available in five architectural finishes of brushed brass plated, satin nickel plated, bronze plated finish, brushed aluminum and black powder coat.  For additional information please visit www.hubbell-wiring.com
